History

The tax advisor firm CW ADVISA, previously called O&R ADVISA GmbH, is a tax consultant office which has existed since the 1960s. Until the year 2000, we were part of the tax and lawyer partnership OPPENHOFF & RÄDLER. In the course of the merger of this firm with LINKLATERS from England, Mr. Watzke as partner of the firm, separated and created CW ADVISA. All its employees were taken over and we continue to work with LINKLATERS on specialist issues and legal matters.

Today CW ADVISA consists of 12 employees, in addition to Mr Watzke, as financial auditor and tax consultant, there are also tax consultants, qualified tax assistants and accountants as well as secretaries. We advise, support and represent medium-sized and small companies and private individuals from Germany and abroad in all tax matters (preparation of tax returns, annual financial statements, tax registrations, etc.) as well as large companies in special tax issues, especially in the field of employee issues. We also advise our foreign clients (almost 1/3 our clientele) on special cross-border issues.

We speak fluent English and French. Of course, we can also prepare payroll accounting, bookkeeping, annual financial statements and all types of tax returns. In cooperation with our system partner DATEV e.G., we offer one of the most modern techniques in the digital age and apply digitalisation in our internal structures.

Generally, the fees for our services rendered are calculated on hourly basis and not on the German tax consultant fee ordinance.
